How to C.A.R.E. for Students with Food Allergies: What Educators Should Know is an interactive online course that provides an anytime, any place education solution for school personnel. Developed in partnership with leading organizations and critically evaluated by health professionals and educators, this innovative course is designed to help Boards of Education and school personnel prevent and manage emergency situations.
Our online course is based on current research evidence and expert consensus. In a research study of our program with over 70 school personnel it was proven to be highly effective, with large improvements in knowledge, skills and attitudes after using the course.
The elearning course is the result of a collaborative effort among the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN), the Food Allergy Initiative (FAI), Anaphylaxis Canada, the Canadian Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology and Leap Learning Technologies. You can learn more about our Expert Team.
