I completed the CARE Course but I didn’t get my certificate of participation. Where can I find it?
A
A certificate of participation can be created after passing the "Review Quiz" with a score of 65% or higher. Once you have passed the "Review Quiz", ensure you click the "Get Certificate" button. You will be taken to a page that provides you with a field to enter in your employer's name. Click the "Download" button to generate your certificate. If you need to download this certificate again it will be available on your profile page.

Does this course work on an iPad?

At this time the course is only available on desktop, laptop or notebook platforms that support Adobe Flash.

I get an error when I try to register that says my email address is already registered. What do I do now?

If you have forgotten your username or password you can reset it here: Reset Password. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with your username and a password reset link. Click the link and choose a new password. Once your password recovery is completed you will use this password and your username to log into the site.

How do I log in to the AllergyReady website?

To log in visit AllergyReady.com and you will see a gray bar at the top of the screen with two boxes, a Log In button and a Register button. Enter your username that you registered with into the first box and your password into the second box. Click the "Log In" button.

Is there a cost to complete the CARE Course?

No, the CARE Course is available free of charge.
